A consumer device the size of a glucometer. One drop of blood. Plug into your phone via USB-C. The microfluidic cartridge runs your complete panel — CBC, glucose, HbA1c, lipids, liver, kidney, thyroid, CRP, iron, vitamins — simultaneously. The AI app delivers not just numbers but plain-language analysis of what they mean together, in context, for you.

The Theranos vision was right. The technology in 2013 was not ready. In 2026 it is. Microfluidics, lab-on-chip biosensors, and AI diagnostic analysis have all advanced to the point where this is genuinely buildable — not promised, not faked, but engineered.

Not a replacement. Not a constant assist device. A dormant standby pump that does nothing until the primary heart fails — then activates in under 2 seconds. The French Carmat proved total replacement works. This is different — the original heart coexists alongside a mechanical standby, exactly as a car engine runs on remaining spark plugs when one fails.

With the Smart Delivery Tube

A single resorbable tube inserted into a prepared cavity. In one motion it delivers the antibacterial agent deep into infected dentin tubules, back-fills the cavity with bioactive paste as it is withdrawn, then degrades over weeks releasing a regenerative peptide that initiates natural dentin repair from within.

Silver Diamine Fluoride, bioactive glass, calcium-phosphate composites, resorbable polymers, regenerative peptides — all the materials exist. Nobody has packaged them as a single delivery platform. That is where this idea lives. Dentists hate complexity. One device, one motion, one appointment changes everything.

Frame it as a platform — the same tube works with different chemistries for different clinical needs. That is what makes it fundable. The dental device market is $8B annually. The first company to put this in a dentist's hand wins the category.
